Be in the Moment

This isn’t easy to do, but one way to reduce stress and to be more relaxed is to be in the moment.

Don’t think about things that already happened. Don’t think the future.

Don’t worry about what you need to get done later today, or what you forgot to do yesterday.

Just think about what you’re doing right now.

If you’re working on a project, just think about that project…not about the 100 other things that could be going through your mind. Now isn’t the time to worry about what’s for dinner. Just think about what it is you’re doing.
