When you’re feeling stressed, one easy way to relax is to use different scents.
There are scents that are known for being relaxing, such as lavender, chamomile, jasmine, sandalwood, vanilla, cinnamon, tangerine, coconut, and ylang ylang.
Just breathing them in will help you relax and feel less stressed.
There are many ways to breathe the scents in.
You can wear a perfume that uses one of these scents, you can light a candle, use incense, put a drop or two of scented oil, or many other things.
It’s great to know that you can be just a few breaths away from relaxation!
