Sometimes when you’re too stressed, the only thing you can do is stop and take a nap.
It will relax you, and when you wake up you’ll be ready to go again.
A nap that’s between 20 and 60 minutes is best. Any more than that and you’ll not only be groggy, but you might have a hard time going to sleep that night.
A lot of times when you’re stressed, you don’t get enough sleep.
So a nap in the middle of the day can be just what you needed to be refreshed, and relaxed when you get up.
