One great way to relax is to meditate.
When you think of meditation, you may think of some complicated process, or saying “ohm”, or a lot of other things.
But there are many types of meditations out there, and many are quite simple.
The whole idea is to rid your mind of any thoughts. So you can do this just by paying attention to your breathing. It doesn’t have to be complicated at all.
Not only that, but it doesn’t have to be for long. You can meditate for just 5 minutes and it will help relax you.
So whatever type of meditation you want to try, and for whatever length, give it a try and see how it helps.
