If you don’t know what you’re working towards…you’ll never achieve it.
Before you can be more productive, you need to know what exactly it is that you want to accomplish.
Do you want to write a book? Create a product? Write a post a day on your blog?
It doesn’t really matter WHAT the goals are, as long as you know what they are.
Once you know what your goals are, you can make sure that the tasks you work on each day are driving you towards your goals.
If your goal is to write a book for Kindle, but you spend your days writing blog posts, sure you’re getting things done, and you’re productive, but you’re not productive on what really matters – writing your Kindle book.
So first, before you do anything else, write down your goal or goals, so that you can make sure that when you are productive, you are productive in working towards your goal(s).
