If you want to be relaxed, and make sure you de-stress, have some downtime every single day.
What should you do during that time?
It’s up to you. But it has to be something that you enjoy and that you find relaxing.
Maybe you’ll read a book. Maybe you want to watch TV or a movie.
Maybe you just want to catch up with some friends.
The point is to be doing something that you WANT to do, not something that you have to do. So no working or doing chores or housework during this time. When you have downtime, you should be doing something you enjoy doing.
You’ll find that even just a little bit of downtime a day will make you much more relaxed!
