Get up and Move

Here is another tip that might be counter intuitive.

If you want to be more productive, exercise.

I don’t mean you have to spend hours at the gym, but you really do need to get up and move.

If you spend all day sitting in front of your computer, you’ll have no energy whatsoever.

If you exercise, or at least move your body, you’ll have more energy to do other things, like work.

So if you’re ever tired in the middle of the day, try going for a walk outside, or even doing a bunch of jumping jacks.

You’ll see how you get your energy back, and with it, be able to get more done.
