The first thing you need to do is figure out when you’re at your most productive.
For some people, this is the first thing in the morning. For others, it’s mid-morning after they’ve been awake for a while and have had their coffee. For still some others, it’s later on in the day…and there are even some people that are most productive late at night.
How do you figure this out?
Trial and error.
Try doing important tasks at different times of the day.
See when it’s easiest for you to concentrate, and be “in the zone”.
Once you’ve figured out when you’re at your most productive, try to schedule things so that you can be working during that time.
Not only that, but make sure you have it so that you are doing your most important tasks during this time.
That way you’ll get done what you need to, and will do it while you’re at your best.
