When you get stressed, one way to relax is to exercise.
It doesn’t matter what type. Anything that gets you moving is good.
Do you like to go for walks or jogs? Do that. Do you love to swim? Go to the pool.
If you enjoy playing a sport, go do that.
The goal is to get moving.
You’ll work some of your stress out, and will notice that when you’re done that you feel better, and are more relaxed.
As a bonus, you’ll also have more energy to do whatever it is you decide to do next.
If you don’t have time to do something that would require a shower afterwards, even just a short walk around the block or a short stretch routine will help you relax.
