But as you know, writing a book or eBook can take up a lot of time. Plus, you need a lot of knowledge on the subject that the book will be about.

You’ll probably get it done a lot sooner, as it would be this person’s job to get it done – while you have many other tasks to accomplish each day.
Plus, they most likely have written other eBooks before, so it will be easier for them. Whenever you do something for the first time, it’s always more difficult.
If you don’t have the knowledge that you’ll need for the book, this is an even better reason to outsource it. For you to write it, you’ll have to do a lot of research first, while if you find someone who already has the knowledge, it will be a lot quicker and easier for them.
