Customer Service (Things an Internet Marketer can Outsource – 14 of 30)

Customer Service

Yesterday, I wrote how you can outsource your emails.

Today I want to go one step further, and suggest that you outsource all of your customer service.

Have a phone line dedicated to customer service (or need one?) Outsource it. Have an online help desk? Outsource it.

With most of these, you’ll usually have only a few set things that people will be calling, emailing, or entering in a support ticket on.

If you create a set of stock “answers” for the things people would be contacting you about, the person you outsource to will have no problems answering it for you.

Then you’ll only be required to help if it’s something unique that they wouldn’t be able to answer.

You’ll end up with a lot more time to work on more important tasks!

If you’d like to see other tips that are a part of the series, check out 30 Things an Internet Marketer Can Outsource.

Enjoy,
Jessica
