Another way to relax is to spend time doing something you love.
So if you have a hobby, spend some time doing whatever it is you enjoy.
If you don’t have a hobby, come up with one.
It can be anything you enjoy spend time doing.
For example, if you like knitting, or making jewelry, or playing cards, or board games, or reading, etc…
As you can see, the list can go on and on. Basically, if you can spend time doing it, it’s a great hobby.
While you’re spending time on your hobby, you’ll notice that time goes quickly, and that you’re enjoying what it is you’re doing.
When you finish, you’ll notice that you’ll be a lot more relaxed than when you started!
