It sounds like such a simple thing, you might discount it from helping.
In fact, you do it all of the time.
Breathe.
But most likely your breathe is shallow.
If you want to relax, do some deep breathing.
Breathe in slowly – maybe for a count of 5 or so.
Then hold it for a few seconds.
Then slowly let it out – maybe another count of 5.
If you do this for a few minutes – it won’t even take long, you’ll notice that your body will start to relax.
It’s a simple thing, but it can really help you relax.
The amount of time you breathe in and out for doesn’t matter. Just do it slowly.
Breathe in….breathe out.
You’ll be relaxed before you know it!
