If you’re promoting something, you may wonder why someone would use your link instead of someone else’s link. I have a great way that you can convince someone to use your link instead…and it won’t require any extra work on your part.
Offer a bonus.
You can do this in almost any niche.
Let’s say you’re in the fishing niche, and you’re promoting a somewhat expensive, but great fishing rod. (I’m purposely trying to choose a niche that is something I know absolutely nothing about!)
You can tell them if they buy it through your link, you’ll give them a free bonus – a short report on (insert something that will help them with their fishing here.) You don’t have any short reports on how to be better at fishing? That’s not a problem. Go search for fishing PLR. I took a few seconds and found no less than 10 websites that offered PLR in the fishing niche. You can usually get PLR pretty inexpensively, and most of the time you’re able to give PLR away as a bonus when someone buys something from you. Just make sure to check the terms first.
But this won’t take you long, and will only cost you a few dollars, and you’ll make people very happy. Of course they’ll buy through your link…why not get something extra when they’re buying the fishing rod they want to anyway?
Of course this works with almost any niche. Here’s another example:
If you’re in the Internet Marketing niche, you can take a look at what CoachGlue has to offer. If you get it right now, you’ll get an extra workshop and planner along with the workshop, planner, and teleclass that is available for the month.
I can easily see offering the “Content Cash Planner” or the “Your 12 Month Marketing Calendar” as a bonus if someone bought something through my link.
If you’re willing to put some time into it, you could take the teleclass or the workshop and convert that into something you could give away as well, although I’d save that for someone who was buying a much higher product through my link!
