If you’ve ever thought about affiliate marketing, you might wonder if you’d run out of things to promote…or if you’re already promoting things, you might spend a bunch of time looking at your screen trying to decide what to promote today.
So to show you it doesn’t have to be that hard, I wanted to share with you 5 different things you can promote today, in almost any niche.
- Halloween Costumes – The month is almost half over! A lot of people still don’t have Halloween costumes. Both kids and adults wear them. They make so many different kinds, you can probably find at least one or two costumes that would perfectly fit your niche as well.
- Today is “National Savings Day” according to Checkiday. Everyone loves to save money. You can post a deal or sale that has to deal with your niche. Can’t come up with anything? Why not go more generic, and tell your audience about sites like eBates or TopCashBack where they’ll get a percentage of their purchase back at many stores, and you’ll get $25 (eBates) or $10 (TopCashBack) when someone uses your link and makes a purchase. Today eBates is offering 12% back at over 150 stores too, so it’s a great day for people to get good deals!
- Your absolute favorite thing in your niche right now. Are you a knitter? Do you have a yarn you’re using and loving right now? Is your niche fishing? Do you love your latest book on fishing or fishing rod? You get the point. What are you so excited about right now in your niche? Share it! Your audience will thank you.
- Swagbucks. It’s a site where you can take surveys, watch videos, play games, or shop through them to earn gift cards or cash. You can talk about how you can do these things so you can earn extra money for (whatever your niche is) as most people are always looking for a little extra money for their hobby. For example, yesterday I earned almost 500 SB, which is about $5. That could easily be used for something in my niche.
Never used some of these sites? That’s not a problem. Tell your audience how you just found out about the site, and are going to try it out today…and this gives you not only the opportunity to promote it today, but in the future as well when you tell them how you liked it (or if you didn’t.)
I have personally gotten cash from all 3 of the above, so I know they work. If you’re not sure, you can do some research to see for yourself, and then share them with others. Always be honest – tell your audience if you’re trying it out while they do, or if you’ve had experience with what you’re promoting.
