Write Everything Down

You have a lot on your mind.

Sometimes the weight of it all stresses you out.

So to relax, write it all down.

Write down all of the things you need to get done – whether it’s for work or anything else.
Write down all of the things you need to get a the store.
Write down all of the things that are worrying you.

In other words, write down everything that is on your mind.

You’ll notice once it’s all out there, you’ll feel more relaxed, even though you haven’t really done anything about it.

But your mind knows that now that it’s written down, you don’t need to keep thinking about it so you won’t forget.

This is a GREAT thing to do before bed…it’ll help you fall asleep faster since you’ll be more relaxed.
