When you get stressed, take some time and color!

There are coloring books for grown-ups, and they are a lot more fun than you would think.

While you’re putting all of your concentration into coloring, your stress will melt away.

Even though you won’t feel it at the time…but when you stop coloring, you’ll realize that you’re a lot more relaxed.

You don’t need to spend hours of coloring to get results. Just a few minutes can help.

Here’s an example of a coloring book that is geared towards grown-ups. You can also get colored pencils to color with.

It’s very different than the coloring you did when you were a child!
